Anja Rejec, Attorney at Law

I advise and represent individuals and legal entities before the courts and other competent authorities.

I obtained my Master of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor. I gained my first practical experience during my studies, working at one of the larger law firms in Ljubljana. After graduating I completed my traineeship at a law office in Celje and at the Higher Court in Celje, and then passed the State Bar Examination as well as the professional examination in general administrative procedure.

I have been registered with the Bar Association of Slovenia since 2020 — first as a trainee, then as a bar candidate and as an attorney. During this time I have handled a wide variety of legal matters, prepared legal opinions, contracts, submissions and other legal documentation, and gained experience representing clients before the courts and other competent authorities.

What matters to me is that my clients understand their legal position and the options available to them. I therefore strive to explain legal questions clearly and understandably, and to weigh the options, risks and costs of each solution together with the client.

I handle every matter personally and individually. In looking for a solution I take account of the specific circumstances, the client's interests and the practical and legal consequences of each option.
